Aluminum Figurine

  • I created a 6061 aluminum figurine of Appa from Avatar the Last Airbender using SolidWorks surface modelling
  • Developed toolpath using MasterCam and made the part on Haas MiniMill
  • I preserved the tool marks on the arrow and bead blasted the rest of the body to create the dual finish
